🔸 Armour Stone Retaining Wall

We built a reinforced armour stone retaining wall to secure the shoreline, prevent erosion, and support the surrounding landscape. Each stone was precisely set for maximum stability and a natural, cohesive appearance that enhances both strength and aesthetics.

🔸 Concrete Splash Pad

A reinforced concrete splash pad was installed behind the seawall to create a stable, usable area for the homeowners. This provides a long-lasting buffer zone between the shoreline and the property, preventing settlement and washout.

🔸 Groyne Repair

We restored the existing groyne to its proper height and alignment, resetting stone, rebuilding the structure, and tightening the footprint. This helps redirect wave action, protect the shoreline, and reduce sediment loss along the waterfront.

🔸 Concrete Stairs

Durable, reinforced concrete stairs were poured to provide safe, long-term access from the upper property down to the water. Designed for stability in all weather, these stairs tie seamlessly into the rest of the shoreline redevelopment.

We constructed custom armour stone stairs designed for durability, stability, and safe access to the water. Each stone was carefully placed to ensure a solid footing and seamless integration into the shoreline, creating a functional pathway with a natural, polished look.

🔸 Concrete Boat Ramp

We constructed a solid concrete boat ramp with an appropriate grade for easy launching and retrieval. It’s built to withstand freeze–thaw cycles and wave action, giving the homeowners reliable access for years to come. ⸻
